We feed the neighbourhood
G'day! سَلَام! やあ!
Hil's is a little sandwich shop for the locals (and anyone passing through). Pull up a seat for a bite, grab a coffee on the run, or take a few provisions home.

Sandwiches, salads, soups and a few things to take home, most of it made by hand, right out the back. The menu's short, and changes with the seasons, so there's always something delicious to come back for.

It's just food
All throughout my cooking career, many mentors, colleagues and friends told me something that stuck: it's just food.
At the time, I thought they meant don't overthink it. But the longer I've cooked, the more that line has changed my perception of how we view food.
Because it's just food, and somehow it's also everything.
From how our families have fed us, how we represent our identities and how it is a universally recognised way of bringing people together.
The goal is for Hil's to be a beacon for all of that, right in the corner of the neighbourhood.
From making everything (we can) in-house, to catering to dietary and religious needs, the aim is to keep it tight, make it genuine and scratch that itch for something delicious!
We hope you like it!
Can't wait to serve you!
Come on thru!
